New Spirit Homes (Men and Women) is the online presence of our sober home program in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We provide a safe, comfortable, sober living environment for men in early recovery from alcohol and/or drug addiction.
Portland House exists to provide a safe, healthy, and sober environment for members of the LGBT community. To build strong lives free from alcohol or drug use in an environment that is affirming and accepting of LGBT persons.
Recovery In Action Sober Housing (GLBT)
Provides 12-step based sober living for gay, lesbian, bi, and transgender people recovering from alcoholism and drug addiction at two homes in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Twenty beds are available with fees ranging from $500-$550 a month, plus one month’s deposit.

Sober Living House
Everyone living in the houses must follow a program of recovery by attending 3 AA meetings per week, have a sponsor and do regular service work in the community. Residents must work, volunteer or attend school a minimum of 30 hours per week. Residents meet once a week to discuss house issues and their recovery progress. Everyone is encouraged to also find something outside of AA to get involved in wither that be yoga, gardening, knitting, making jewelry or exercise. CD Recovery Services, Inc. provides licensed Group Residential Sober Housing for individuals in recovery from alcohol and/or drug addiction. Our Minnesota Sober Housing facilities are home environments which differ from typical sober house facilities. We categorize our sober housing in Minnesota as semi-structured sober housing. We take pride in our licensure by the State of Minnesota which requires a high level of cleanliness and maintenance of our licensed sober homes.
Our sober housing in Minnesota, has a strong reputation that is built on compassion and hope. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any chemical use. Our entire sober housing network is 12 step based. To that end, we provide strict accountability on meeting attendance and sponsorship.
A women's sober house in Plymouth, MN focusing on community support and the 12-step program while residents work, volunteer, or continue their education. A minimum 90-day stay is required, as well as sobriety for at least 30 days
