Our mission is to provide assistance throughout Minnesota to positively motivated Veterans and their families who are homeless or experiencing other life crises. We accomplish this mission by providing services directly or in collaboration with other service agencies.

The Salvation Army
Motivated by the love of God, as a leader in Christian faith-based human services, The Salvation Army is committed to serve the whole person, body, soul and spirit, with integrity and respect, using creative solutions to positively transform lives.

Rum River Health Services is a nonprofit organization whose mission is "To identify and respond to community health needs."  Current programming focuses in three areas: Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services, Housing and Support Services, and Community Health.

Aeon serves over 3,000 men, women and children each year. It offers 1,785 affordable apartments and townhomes which include: 225 homes for low- to moderate-income households; 385 homes for very low-income families; 515 homes serving formerly homeless individuals; 625 homes for minimum wage individuals.
The Holly House
  • Completely renovated 1905 Mansion located in the Historic Hill Neighborhood
  • Walking Distance to Summit and Grand Avenues

  • Cable T.V. in living rooms only, free long distance phone, and wireless internet
  • Includes all cleaning supplies and paper products for the house, coin-op washer and dryer, and live in house manager
  • House Fee is $625.00 per month (with a $300.00 Sobriety Deposit) and includes all utilities.
The Farrington House
  • Completely renovated 1910 Victorian 
  • House is close to the #16 bus line, which connects both St. Paul and Minneapolis and accesses all transfers in between both cities
  • 6 bedrooms (3 singles and 3 doubles)
  • Cable T.V. in all bedrooms (Resident must supply own T.V.)
  • Computer and monitor for everyone to use in the foyer, free long distance phone, and wireless internet.
  • Includes all paper products and cleaning supplies, free washer and dryer, live in house manager
  • The House Fee is $575.00 per month (with a $100.00 Sobriety Deposit) and includes all utilities

Everyone living in the houses must follow a program of recovery by attending 3 AA meetings per week, have a sponsor and do regular service work in the community. Residents must work, volunteer or attend school a minimum of 30 hours per week. Residents meet once a week to discuss house issues and their recovery progress. Everyone is encouraged to also find something outside of AA to get involved in wither that be yoga, gardening, knitting, making jewelry or exercise. Rum River Health Services Belle Haven Townhomes is a permanent supportive housing development that offers families a stable, sober, and affordable place to live.  Family House is a lodging facility for women who participate in the Spirit River Recovery Services treatment program.  Family House allows women to live with their children while undergoing chemical dependency treatment.  Rum River Recovery Alliance is a case management program serving women in the Rum River Area.  It is a volunteer program available to all women currently going through our treatment program.
