Wayside House’s Family Treatment Program is a long term residential substance abuse and mental health treatment program (Rule 31) for mothers at risk or involved with child protective services. This comprehensive family treatment program provides services for mothers and their children up to age 11. Children are able to visit or live onsite with their mother while she receives treatment services. Early Childhood Education, preschool and parenting groups are also provided. Services at Wayside House Family Treatment Center include onsite nursing staff, a recovery coach, family therapy, play therapy, relapse prevention, and DBT-based skills groups.
