Central provides free clothing on a first-come, first-served basis in The Clothes Closet, our free store.  Towels, sheets and other items are
also available. 
Hours:
Monday:  11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Wednesday:  10:00 to 11:30 a.m.
Thursday:  1:00 to 2:30 p.m

Food Assistance

Call Minnesota Food HelpLine (1-888-711-1151) if you or anyone you know does not have enough food. When you call the HelpLine you will learn if you qualify for SNAP, receive enrollment assistance and find emergency food assistance close to your home. SNAP is the new name for Food Stamps or Food Support as it is known in Minnesota.

Each Wednesday Sharing Hands and Caring Hearts picks up perishable food items for distribution to the folks in the Roseville area.
Please stop by for perishable food items and some of our bulk food items. Typical items may include Fruit, Vegetables, Eggs (frozen patties, frozen scrambled or peeled hard boiled), Yogurt, Breads, Frozen Potatoes (cubed, shredded or hash browns), Pastry items, Pop & Water. Limited Non-Perishable items may also be available.
Perishable Food Distribution hours are on Wednesdays from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Registration ends at 7:00 PM)

Merrick Community Services operates two community centers, two food shelves, and a job bank. It serves the people who live on the East Side by providing parenting classes, case management services for adults, children and families, East Side Heritage Project for boys, emergency assistance, holiday baskets of toys and food, meals on wheelssenior citizen programsafter school/evening youth services, and community meeting space.
