The South Central Minnesota Multi-County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (SCMMCHRA)
The mission of South Central MN Multi-County HRA (SCMMCHRA) is to promote adequate, affordable housing in a safe environment. SCMMCHRA will assist families and individuals to achieve economic self-sufficiency through effective collaboration with community agencies, residents and property owners.
