United Family Medicine MAT Program
United Family Medicine is a primary care clinic that provides integrated mental and medical appointments for those with addiction issues. We specialize in medication assisted treatment, treating opioid use disorder, and PTSD/co-occurring mental health concerns. We offer an integrated approach where physicians and therapists work together with your goals. We also have an every other week support group led by a medical provider and therapist for ongoing support and med management. Our team is highly qualified and trained in the nuances of treating substance use disorder.
